Mould Infestation in a Brampton Investment Property

An investor was renovating a house in Brampton when a mould infestation was uncovered. Our SERVPRO crew responded to his call the same day, inspected the damage, and designated the area requiring remediation. The leak in the subfloor activated the mould growth and the ensuing damage, as shown in the Before Photo. Our AMRT applied microbial remediation technician performed a controlled demolition just to remove the non-salvageable ceiling sheetrock. He sprayed the exposed building elements with an antifungal agent to prevent the reoccurrence of another mould infestation. Our client was very pleased that we accomplished the service within a day, allowing him to continue the build back in preparation for putting out that "for sale" sign on the front lawn.
